    Great pasta dish. Sometimes you never know what you’ll come up with if you start with a favorite ingredient. The tip about ricotta is a good one to keep in mind. It’s a nice substitute for cream in a sauce.

    i love orichette too… but i havent met a pasta i didnt like! mmm. why did i imagine this with some crispy pancetta??? mmm bacon[ish] goodness

    This is my kind of pasta dish! Fresh fennel pairs perfectly with almost any pasta dish in my opinion. The ricotta and the eggplant well heck this is just a fabulous combo!
