My eggs still had some moisture to them, but I would have preferred them a little runnier – especially with that polenta calling out to be smothered in yolk! I want to give them the benefit of the doubt though and blame the size of our party. It was a lot for them to deal with all at once.

And I know!! I wish I had bought some of that too. can you imagine how it would be on some lightly poached fish? Next time…

The polenta was awesome – I highly recommend it!

I’m planning to by in NY again at the end of June for the Fancy Food Show… haven’t decided yet if I’ll stay the weekend or just do a day trip, but either way I would love to meet up! I’ll keep you posted when it gets closer.
