Although I do think I'd be ok with giving it up to live in Italy for a year. ;) I just turn the oven to broil and leave them in. Probably not the perfect way to do it, but since the oven is already so hot I figure it's fine. Plus my broiler doesn't indicate when it's heated anyway. Prosciutto in the ramekin is brilliant!
