    This looks great! I love that you made it a bit healthier too. Sometimes there is no need for all the fat that gets put into recipes. Delicious :)

    I had to reread the title a couple times to figure that it just rewritten three times. lol. It looks too good not to make, but with 600+ calories, not sure if I could eat that much. Nice job with making the substitutes and making it much healthier. Mmmm…pasta!!

    What a great way to sneak in brussels sprouts for the kids. :) I like the idea of pecans as well – I like nuts when there is a cream sauce.

    I’m still looking for a recipe that will help me love brussel sprouts. I don’t hate them, but they are somewhat tasteless for me. However, I want to make dishes with it, so shredding them in this pasta may be a good way. I can have anything in pasta. And your pasta looks so appealing. I will absolutely try it! Thanks for the idea.
