oh wow….sausage…ricotta…eggplant…all encased in chewy, crusty dough….yum yum!! I must try this some day!

mmm…that looks so good! We usually buy whole wheat pizza dough from Trader Joe’s for 99 cents. We’ll definitely try making a calzone the next time we get the dough.

I love this filling! Caramelized onions are divine all on their own. Combining them with eggplant and sausage and wrapping them in dough is my idea of heaven!

Mardi – haha, yeah. Thanksgiving snuck up on me. I totally forgot it was this week!! I’m sure people are busy with cooking and travelling. But I was really being facetious with the comment about the lack of comments. I think I’m Brussels Sprouted out myself for a while. Time to move on to cranberries!

Re: your comment about lack of reactions, I think that people are just busy with T’giving stuff. I have noticed that my readership is down a little in the last week too and am feeling a little down and like “why am I doing this?” Keep on keeping on – we won’t tire of your posts!
